Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve Oracle Siebel incidents across Order Management, Payments, Fulfillment, Customer Service, and related domains.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and meet SLA targets.
- Monitor Siebel application health, integrations, workflows, and batch processes.
- Develop and support Siebel platform enhancements and integrations with enterprise systems, eCommerce platforms, and POS solutions.
- Support releases, deployments, testing, and production validation activities.
- Troubleshoot SOAP/REST web services, integrations, Oracle databases, and Siebel operational issues.
- Coordinate with business users, TPMs, service desk, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
- Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
- Identify recurring incidents and recommend process, platform, and operational improvements.
- Support automation and business improvements such as address standardization and NCOA/DNC streamlining.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience supporting Oracle Siebel CRM applications in a production environment.
- Any degree.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Siebel architecture, configuration, workflows, business components, business services, EAI, and core functionality.
- Experience with Siebel development tools, SQL, Shell Scripting, EIM/EAI, and web services.
- Experience troubleshooting integrations, SOAP/REST web services, and Oracle databases.
- Strong SQL and data investigation skills.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex application and operational issues.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to learn and support business processes across Order Management, Payments, Fulfillment, and Customer Service.
