Responsibilities
- Understand payment business lines and scenarios and design red flags for potential compliance risks.
- Use AI and machine learning to identify and control financial crimes.
- Optimize and iterate compliance strategies systematically and proactively.
- Design and develop machine learning algorithms for suspicious transaction and account detection.
- Use graph neural networks on large-scale graph data to identify syndicates and coordinated behavior communities.
- Track anti-money-laundering and fund-security research and apply relevant advances.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, or a related discipline.
- Solid experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with at least one of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet, including training and deployment details.
- Strong coding skills in at least one of Python, Java, C, or C++.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with big-data frameworks and applications such as MR or Spark is preferred.
- Experience with LLM/LVM projects, including risk identification or efficiency improvement, is preferred.
- CCF A/B papers or competition awards are preferred.
