Responsibilities

  • Understand payment business lines and scenarios and design red flags for potential compliance risks.
  • Use AI and machine learning to identify and control financial crimes.
  • Optimize and iterate compliance strategies systematically and proactively.
  • Design and develop machine learning algorithms for suspicious transaction and account detection.
  • Use graph neural networks on large-scale graph data to identify syndicates and coordinated behavior communities.
  • Track anti-money-laundering and fund-security research and apply relevant advances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, or a related discipline.
  • Solid experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with at least one of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet, including training and deployment details.
  • Strong coding skills in at least one of Python, Java, C, or C++.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with big-data frameworks and applications such as MR or Spark is preferred.
  • Experience with LLM/LVM projects, including risk identification or efficiency improvement, is preferred.
  • CCF A/B papers or competition awards are preferred.
