Base Salary
$240k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and release end-to-end workflows for the AI security product.
- Build foundational solutions across AWS Bedrock, Google AgentSpace, Salesforce AgentForce, CUA agents, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
- Design and develop secure, scalable, multi-tenant software across AWS, Azure, and other major cloud platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and influence product direction, software architecture, engineering practices, and process improvement.
- Develop, deploy, maintain, refactor, debug, and document applications and services.
- Improve operational reliability, tooling, and engineering processes while providing application expertise and technical support.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Principal Software Engineer at a SaaS company.
- Expert-level Java and Spring Framework experience, with strong experience developing secure cloud applications.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, AWS Glue, Kafka, Git, automated deployments, and continuous integration.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and architectural patterns.
- Experience with unit, functional, and system integration testing, including JUnit, Maven or Ant, and an IDE such as IntelliJ or Eclipse.
- Experience managing application development, solution architecture, design and delivery, and process improvement with increasing responsibility.
- Familiarity with AI development tools, MCP, A2A, agentic frameworks, Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
- Experience working with Scrum and Kanban in an agile environment and familiarity with event-driven, microservices, and serverless architectures.
- Ability to research deeply, learn continuously, start programs from scratch, and maintain existing services.
