Base Salary
$260k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and release end-to-end workflows for the AI security product.
- Build foundational solutions across AWS Bedrock, Google AgentSpace, Salesforce AgentForce, and other agent platforms.
- Develop secure, scalable, multi-tenant software across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Use CUA agents, LLMs, and agentic frameworks such as ADK and LangChain.
- Provide technical leadership and influence product direction, architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, deployment practices, and operational reliability.
- Design, debug, refactor, document, test, deploy, and support applications and services.
- Start new programs from scratch while maintaining existing services and collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Principal Software Engineer in a SaaS company.
- Expert-level experience with Java and the Spring Framework, REST, and microservices.
- Strong experience developing Java applications using security principles, cloud platforms, and Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, CI/CD, AWS Glue, and Kafka.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and architectural trade-offs.
- Experience with application development, solution architecture, software design and delivery, and process improvement at increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience with unit, functional, and system integration testing.
- Experience with Git, GitHub or GitLab, automatic deployments, and continuous integration.
- Experience with IntelliJ or Eclipse/MyEclipse, JUnit, and Maven or Ant.
- Familiarity with AI development tools including Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar productivity assistants.
- Familiarity with MCP, A2A, agentic frameworks, AI platforms, and AI development tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban.
