Base Salary
$101k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects and business teams to convert solution designs into scalable, maintainable, and compliant Salesforce implementations.
- Lead the technical delivery team across Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, DevOps, deployment, and environment management.
- Implement secure, enterprise-scale solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, Flows, security models, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Deliver solutions in Government Cloud or other compliance-driven environments while meeting architectural, security, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Require 8–12 years of IT experience.
- Require 6–8 years of Salesforce implementation experience delivering secure, enterprise-scale solutions.
- Require hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, Flows, security model implementation, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Require experience delivering solutions within Government Cloud or other compliance-driven environments.
- Require adherence to architectural, security, and quality standards.
