Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications for the Pure1 manageability and intelligence platform.
- Build backend microservices in Java and Python and collaborate on frontend development using Angular and TypeScript.
- Lead requirements discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, code reviews, documentation, and deployment.
- Coordinate the work of other engineers and lead multiple concurrent projects from requirements through production release.
- Lead experimentation with AI tools, development techniques, architectural patterns, and productivity improvements.
- Present relevant AI developments to the team and apply AI to improve development quality, reliability, security, and speed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience designing, implementing, and testing product components.
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role such as technical lead, including directing engineers and driving projects from requirements to release.
- 10+ years of combined professional experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong experience using AI to generate production-quality code and experimenting with new AI developments.
- Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and networking infrastructure.
- Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects, work collaboratively, and handle ambiguity and rapid context switching.
- TypeScript, C/C++, Angular, and NoSQL experience are preferred or advantageous.
