Base Salary
$80k - $133k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and software engineers to clarify acceptance criteria and develop test coverage.
- Perform risk-based testing, including validation of accessibility and security requirements.
- Conduct exploratory and scenario-based testing to identify usability and integration issues.
- Validate and triage defect reports in collaboration with support services.
- Communicate quality status and risks through dashboards and updates.
- Review automated test coverage and recommend improvements.
- Lead risk assessments for assigned features to inform test focus.
Requirements
- 2+ years of QA experience testing modern web applications in an Agile environment.
- Experience with web UI test automation tools like Playwright.
- Experience testing REST APIs and validating integrations.
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript to understand automated test cases.
- Intermediate understanding of web fundamentals and UI/UX principles.
- Intermediate understanding of accessibility and internationalization practices.
- Proven problem-solving skills to document and resolve product issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Information Science, or a related field.
