Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute system, integration, regression, and automated benchmark tests across services, AI agents, ML components, and infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain automated tests in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins pipelines for pre-merge and release validation.
- Develop and maintain shared Python-based test automation frameworks.
- Evaluate correctness, performance, cost, stability, and robustness through automated benchmarks.
- Analyze CI failures, flaky tests, and benchmark regressions and collaborate on root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to test planning, coverage strategy, execution models, documentation, reporting, and release-readiness activities.
- Collaborate with software, ML, and systems engineers to improve testability and overall system quality.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in software engineering, system integration testing, or test automation roles.
- Strong Python skills for automated tests, utilities, and test infrastructure components.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test workflows.
- Experience with Python testing and automation ecosystems, including pytest-based frameworks, Testcontainers, and API or integration test tooling.
- Understanding of integration and system testing for multi-component software systems.
- Familiarity with benchmark execution, metrics collection, and comparative evaluation.
- Basic understanding of AI agents or ML workflows and their testing challenges.
- Strong debugging and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with the corresponding required professional experience.
- Preferred experience includes testing ML- or AI-driven systems, performance, scalability, or reliability testing, and familiarity with HPC, distributed systems, or large-scale compute environments.
