Responsibilities
- Partner with Services leaders to identify high impact areas for AI or automation.
- Translate ambiguous ideas into clear program roadmaps with defined outcomes.
- Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using modern AI development platforms.
- Design and connect AI systems using APIs and internal data sources.
- Create documentation and best practices for AI solution adoption.
- Lead enablement sessions to grow AI fluency among teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in AI solutions or solutions architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Claude or other leading LLM platforms.
- Experience integrating AI with APIs and internal systems.
- Demonstrated ability to prototype and iterate on AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts.
