Base Salary
$112k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Services leaders to identify, prioritize, and roadmap high-impact AI and automation opportunities.
- Build AI-powered prototypes and end-to-end workflows using Claude, LLMs, APIs, MCPs, automation platforms, and internal data sources.
- Develop prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows that improve the reliability and usefulness of AI outputs.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and collaborate with engineering teams on production-grade implementations.
- Evaluate and iterate on solutions using user feedback, business outcomes, and emerging best practices.
- Create documentation, implementation guides, and best practices for AI solution adoption.
- Lead enablement sessions, workshops, and office hours to improve AI fluency across the organization.
- Help scale successful AI solutions across the Services organization and support larger cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation, systems-thinking ability, and demonstrated experience solving business problems with AI.
- 4+ years of experience in AI solutions, solutions architecture, internal tooling, automation, or similar technical roles.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered prototypes with Claude or other leading LLM platforms, including prompt engineering, skills, agents, and AI workflows.
- Experience integrating AI with APIs, internal systems, or data sources.
- Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI solutions based on user feedback and business needs.
- Strong communication, documentation, and enablement skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to partner with engineering teams to scale successful solutions into production.
- Familiarity with Global Services functions such as onboarding, education, consulting, or customer success is a plus.
