Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Use agentic AI tools to add functionality to existing code stacks within large, complex programs.
- Deliver high-impact contributions across strategically important projects and transition between programs as priorities change.
- Analyze customer requirements and program objectives to develop mission-aligned solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to identify system pain points and implement solutions.
- Facilitate integrations, resolve technical challenges, and meet development timelines within multidisciplinary teams.
- Follow security protocols, government standards, and industry best practices.
- Document technical solutions and improvements for knowledge transfer.
- Conduct testing to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of code.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of applying software development in a production environment.
- Proven full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end systems.
- Proficiency in at least one back-end language, with Python preferred, and one front-end framework or tool, with TypeScript preferred.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs for system integration.
- Foundational experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including relational and non-relational environments.
- Experience working collaboratively in Agile environments.
- Proficiency with Git, with GitLab preferred.
- Experience with testing, security, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Desired qualifications include advanced agentic AI tool experience; AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud experience; microservices and containerized solutions; React, Vue.js, or Angular; Terraform or Ansible; ETL, data pipelines, and real-time analytics; Security+ or CISSP; and Agile or SAFe experience.
- Applicants must be eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance, and only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance; an active Secret clearance is preferred.

- Target salary range is $109,986–$189,154 annually.
