Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI-powered agents and workflows for operational processes.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable AI skills and agents.
- Identify and automate high-friction manual processes.
- Own the full build cycle of AI projects, from prototyping to deployment.
- Create documentation and guides for tool adoption.
- Lead hands-on R&D with emerging AI technologies.
- Support responsible AI practices and track usage.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Business-level fluency in English.
- 4-6+ years of experience in automation engineering or technical program/operations roles.
- Fluency in AI technologies, including LLMs and APIs.
- Ability to transform manual processes into automated workflows.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms.
- Understanding of engineering, product, and design team operations.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in building internal tools and automation frameworks.
- Curiosity and openness to learning about emerging technologies.
