Responsibilities
- Design, code, customize, and extend SAP RE-FX software solutions.
- Analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Debug, test, and performance-tune SAP RE-FX applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
- Coordinate project activities to support timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
- Evaluate and improve development processes, team productivity, and software quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) is required.
- Experience customizing and extending SAP RE-FX modules.
- Strong understanding of real estate business processes and their integration within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of SAP RE-FX applications.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
