Responsibilities
- Own deployment architecture and target deployment approaches for Velocity Operations customer environments.
- Define reference architectures, deployment standards, environment strategies, governance guardrails, and operational readiness criteria.
- Establish non-functional requirements for security, reliability, observability, scalability, resiliency, and operational supportability.
- Architect deployment patterns across Infor CloudSuite, Infor OS, APIs, data flows, and third-party systems.
- Lead environment, integration, migration, and production cutover readiness reviews.
- Evaluate deployment risks, identify architectural gaps, and define mitigation strategies.
- Govern technical decisions, design exceptions, scope boundaries, and operational guardrails throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Partner with product, engineering, delivery, and support teams on deployment architecture and operational best practices.
- Promote reusable deployment patterns, automation assets, and standardized operating models.
- Create architecture artifacts, deployment blueprints, decision records, readiness criteria, and customer-facing technical guidance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment architecture, solution architecture, platform engineering, or customer-facing technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of Infor OS, Infor CloudSuite deployment models, integration architecture, APIs, event-driven patterns, and enterprise platform dependencies.
- Experience defining reference architectures, deployment standards, environment strategies, and governance guardrails for scalable customer rollouts.
- Deep knowledge of security, scalability, resiliency, observability, reliability, and operational supportability requirements.
- Experience evaluating deployment risks and guiding architecture decisions through migration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, integration frameworks, data flows, distributed-system troubleshooting, and production-readiness issues.
- Experience with RPA, process mining, GenAI-enabled workflows, or related transformation technologies is preferred.
- Working knowledge of architecture documentation, decision records, delivery governance, Jira, and Confluence/Wiki.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills across customer, delivery, product, engineering, and leadership teams.
