Responsibilities
- Design scalable end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM architecture blueprints for multinational environments.
- Lead large-scale, full-lifecycle global Oracle Fusion PPM implementations and coordinate implementation partners.
- Map integrations among PPM, ERP Financials, HCM, and third-party legacy systems.
- Define data migration strategies, conversion rules, and master data governance.
- Review and approve technical designs for reports, integrations, extensions, configuration, and code development.
- Advise business stakeholders on PPM solution roadmaps and process decisions.
- Identify architectural risks, develop mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
- Establish standards for configuration, development, and environment management.
- Assess quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and optimize feature adoption while minimizing disruption.
Requirements
- 15+ years of related experience with Oracle ERP and modules in Project Accounting or PPM.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Architect in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience leading at least 5 full-lifecycle global Oracle Fusion PPM implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Deep functional knowledge of Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Resource Management, and Task Management.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, ADFDI, BIP, OTBI, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of PPM touchpoints with Cloud Financials, including GL, AP, and AR, and with Supply Chain and Procurement.
- Successful completion of WSP India’s third-party background verification check.
