Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Establish and enforce platform standards for stability, performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team-level technical decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple technical teams and business units to align goals and resolve cross-team issues.
- Lead the development and implementation of application best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues affecting multiple teams and systems.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience with SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of configuration and integration techniques for packaged and cloud-based applications.
- Experience managing software release cycles and deployment strategies.
- Ability to establish platform standards that maintain system stability and performance.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and drive technical decisions and solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
