Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical implementations across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows under guidance.
- Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into CRIMS configurations and components.
- Configure and develop application components based on established designs and standards.
- Support functional, integration, and regression testing activities.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with support from senior team members.
- Ensure configurations and deliverables meet quality, stability, and operational standards.
- Participate in go-live readiness activities and provide implementation support after deployment.
- Follow CRD SDLC, documentation standards, and delivery best practices.
- Collaborate with global delivery teams, project managers, senior consultants, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of relevant professional experience in financial technology or enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with investment management or capital markets system implementations.
- Experience in application configuration or development, system integration and data processing, reporting or analytics support, or capital markets and investment management platforms.
- Working proficiency in C# and Core Java.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, including querying, joins, and basic performance analysis.
- Exposure to batch jobs, ETL, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting tools such as SSRS.
- Exposure to Azure or AWS; Snowflake experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Awareness of FIX and SWIFT interfaces and market or reference data providers such as Bloomberg and MSCI is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong foundations in object-oriented programming, databases and SQL concepts, and enterprise application fundamentals.
- Exposure to financial systems, data integration, or distributed systems is desirable.
- Relevant Azure or AWS, technical, or financial certifications are a plus; progress toward CFA is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and quality focus.
