Responsibilities
- Partner with solution architects and cross-functional teams across regions.
- Develop proof-of-concept applications.
- Collaborate with business and technical partners.
- Support evaluations of third-party vendors and products.
- Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, payment gateways, and ITSM applications with customer interfaces.
- Install, upgrade, configure, customize, and integrate ITSM applications.
- Follow established quality-control and software-development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Technical proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, SQL, Go, or Perl.
- Experience with ITSM applications in on-premises and SaaS environments, preferably BMC or ServiceNow.
- Experience using UNIX commands and BMC iPaaS solutions.
- Strong technical expertise, analytical ability, breadth of experience, and interpersonal skills.
