Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications aligned with business process and application requirements.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications for complex business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Use integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with enterprise systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Contribute to decisions across multiple teams and provide solutions to cross-team problems.
- Lead process improvement efforts and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align teams on project objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required; the additional information also specifies a minimum of 8 years in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development.
- Experience customizing and configuring Salesforce applications for complex business requirements.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software development and deployment practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting Salesforce with enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
