Responsibilities

Develop and maintain back-end and full-stack services with guidance, emphasizing scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
Build .NET back-end services and contribute to GraphQL and REST API layers.
Write and optimize data access patterns using SQL and SQL Server.
Contribute to front-end work in React/Next.js when needed.
Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated tests; identify and resolve defects and performance issues.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, QA teams, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Take ownership of features or projects from concept through completion with appropriate guidance.
Identify opportunities for refactoring, process improvements, and technical enhancements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
0–2 years of software engineering experience, including foundational experience through internships, projects, coursework, or early professional work.
Some exposure to building scalable services with .NET and interest in learning GraphQL and REST API design.
Familiarity with relational data modeling and SQL Server; CMS experience, particularly Optimizely, is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
Basic familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, ownership, accountability, and continuous-learning skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and deliver secure, maintainable, high-quality software.
