Responsibilities
- Design, develop, optimize, validate, and tune machine learning and deep learning models.
- Lead end-to-end AI solution development, including data preprocessing, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, stakeholders, and clients to define AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate and implement algorithms for NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
- Build scalable data pipelines and ensure model performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership on AI projects.
- Recommend adoption of relevant AI advancements and support responsible, ethical, privacy-compliant AI practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience is listed as required; the description also identifies 7–10 years of experience for the ideal AI Specialist.
- BE, B.Tech, or M.Tech qualification, with a Bachelor of Engineering specified as required.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and AI services.
- Expertise in data structures, algorithms, software engineering best practices, SQL, and large-scale datasets.
- Experience deploying models through APIs, microservices, or MLOps frameworks.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred qualifications include generative AI, LLMs, transformer architectures, MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Spark, Hadoop, real-time AI, edge AI, responsible AI, explainability, bias mitigation, and AI project or team leadership.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
