Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality solutions across mobile and backend components.
- Contribute to requirements analysis, design, feasibility assessment, planning, and delivery.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues during production and rollout phases.
- Apply secure development, code review, testing, and refactoring practices.
- Design architectures addressing performance, resilience, and user experience across mobile and backend systems.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on reliable CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and deployment readiness.
- Recommend improvements to reduce technical debt and strengthen engineering processes.
- Mentor team members and share knowledge through collaborative sessions and internal community events.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a senior software engineer or technical lead in complex environments.
- Experience working across iOS, Android, and backend systems.
- Understanding of SDK constraints, mobile lifecycles, and API-driven architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, containerization, and CI/CD automation.
- Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Willingness to learn and apply AI-based development and automation tools.
- Based in Lisbon, with flexibility options available for discussion.
- Knowledge of airline or airport operations or digital identity solutions is preferred.
