Responsibilities
- Participate in multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
- Meet with team members and clients to identify project objectives.
- Work within the overall project plan and schedule.
- Design customer-specific solutions and functional configurations.
- Support customization testing and client user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with client managers and engineering teams to ensure project success.
- Facilitate communication within the project team regarding task status.
- Ensure all project deliverables are complete.
- Foster teamwork and communication as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or professional services experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with remote project teams.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency or fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Mitratech’s TeamConnect software is a plus.
