Responsibilities
- Write, maintain, and execute tests for full-stack and user-facing software on custom and embedded hardware.
- Develop creative testing approaches to ensure reusability and performance characterization.
- Maintain and update existing testing plans in collaboration with teams.
- Manage testing needs across multiple projects in detail.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery free of defects.
- Drive end-to-end test management and provide clear reports to teams.
- Execute and analyze simulations in operational environments.
- Coordinate with software and engineering leads as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software testing.
- Deep experience managing complex test plans against evolving software baselines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in constrained development environments, including air-gapped systems.
- Ability to develop and execute test plans for complex systems.
- Quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases.
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
