Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust machine learning infrastructure for ad serving and model training.
Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows for model deployment and monitoring.
Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to deliver ML solutions.
Implement best practices for model versioning and CI/CD in ML systems.
Build and operate high-performance ML systems using frameworks like JAX and Rust.
Monitor and improve the reliability and performance of ML systems.
Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance the ML platform.
Integrate AI-driven agents into the engineering and modeling lifecycle.
Contribute to experiments aimed at improving ad quality and system performance.
Document system architecture and best practices for knowledge sharing.

4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or ML infrastructure.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Rust.
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to build and maintain scalable data pipelines using tools like Apache Beam or Spark.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to infrastructure challenges.
Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
