Base Salary
$82k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex Conversational AI and CX applications, including multi-agent and MCP-based workflows.
- Architect and code integrations between Google's Conversational AI products and customer APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic workloads, optimizing reasoning loops, tool selection, latency, security, and networking.
- Connect agents to enterprise knowledge bases, optimize RAG chunking, and troubleshoot agent logic and production failures across microservices.
- Lead technical delivery for customer-facing Conversational AI pilots and implementations, including high-traffic production support.
- Identify repeatable field patterns and friction points, create reusable modules or product feedback, and co-build with customer engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as GCP.
- Experience deploying resources with Terraform or similar infrastructure automation tools.
- Experience building full-stack applications that interact with enterprise IT infrastructures and supporting external customer projects.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred experience includes multi-agent systems using frameworks such as ReAct and self-reflection, agent debugging and tool-selection optimization, RAG knowledge-base integration, and troubleshooting live high-traffic systems.
