Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications in a cloud-hosted distributed system.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and gather feedback.
- Contribute to architectural decisions supporting application stability and performance.
- Implement enhancements to improve the delivery process.
- Partner with cross-functional Agile and DevOps implementation teams.
- Support and mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in some combination of JavaScript, TypeScript, frontend frameworks, Java, Spring Boot, and SQL, with willingness to learn other technologies.
- Have experience with build tools, Git, continuous integration, alerting, monitoring, and logging tools.
- Have experience with modern IDEs, refactoring tools, test-driven development, and mocking libraries.
- Have experience designing and developing for cloud environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Have some real-world experience with Agile practices and execution.
- Be familiar with AI coding tools and AI-based solutions; experience with agentic software development is desired.
- Demonstrate collaboration, mentoring, continuous learning, and awareness of industry best practices and standards.
