Base Salary

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Flow, Visualforce, and Experience Cloud.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including technical design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and debugging.
Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and platforms, including resolving data migration and interface issues.
Gather requirements, decompose user needs into technical user stories, and collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, developers, administrators, and QA testers.
Conduct code reviews, reduce technical debt, and apply Salesforce development, configuration, security, performance, and quality best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and recommend improvements based on Salesforce releases and industry trends.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of general work experience.
At least three years of experience developing Lightning Web Components.
At least three years of experience deploying Salesforce production enterprise applications and experience with full-stack engineering, including database development and integration.
Strong Salesforce platform and application development expertise, including Apex, Flow, OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Salesforce integration patterns, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
Experience with Salesforce project implementations, public sector environments, defect resolution, data migration, interface troubleshooting, and technical requirements analysis.
U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance or higher are required.
Salesforce certifications, version control systems, continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, DevOps, Salesforce configuration, and Apex programming experience are preferred or desirable.
Must pass Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualifications.
