Base Salary

$110k - $135k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Flow, Visualforce, and Experience Cloud.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including technical design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and platforms, including resolving data migration and interface issues.
  • Gather requirements, decompose user needs into technical user stories, and collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, developers, administrators, and QA testers.
  • Conduct code reviews, reduce technical debt, and apply Salesforce development, configuration, security, performance, and quality best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and recommend improvements based on Salesforce releases and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of general work experience.
  • At least three years of experience developing Lightning Web Components.
  • At least three years of experience deploying Salesforce production enterprise applications and experience with full-stack engineering, including database development and integration.
  • Strong Salesforce platform and application development expertise, including Apex, Flow, OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Salesforce integration patterns, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce project implementations, public sector environments, defect resolution, data migration, interface troubleshooting, and technical requirements analysis.
  • U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance or higher are required.
  • Salesforce certifications, version control systems, continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, DevOps, Salesforce configuration, and Apex programming experience are preferred or desirable.
  • Must pass Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualifications.
