Responsibilities
- Operate and support investment applications across DEV, UAT, PREPROD, and PROD environments.
- Resolve incidents, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions.
- Support release processes and deployment of new application versions.
- Automate operational activities, deployments, and recovery scenarios.
- Develop monitoring, observability, and alerting capabilities.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure teams, and security teams.
- Improve system stability, performance, and availability.
Requirements
- Experience operating and supporting critical applications.
- Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
- Experience with troubleshooting, monitoring, and log analysis.
- Understanding of API integrations, databases, and basic networking principles.
- Ability to automate operational activities using scripts.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes.
- Ability to work independently, systematically, and cross-functionally.
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure, or AWS is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and high availability or disaster recovery principles is advantageous.
- Experience in banking or another enterprise environment is advantageous.
