Responsibilities
- Ensure applications operate reliably, efficiently, and securely in live production environments.
- Develop and maintain automated deployment, CI/CD, testing, and scaling processes.
- Build and manage monitoring and observability systems for application health, performance, and user experience.
- Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to improve development processes and product delivery.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality software.
- Implement security best practices and support compliance within production systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Strong coding skills in relevant languages such as C++, Rust, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms, ERP, and MES.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI, along with monitoring tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
- Understanding of system architecture, networking, and database management in production environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
