Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain functional safety software components for automotive controllers, including ECM3, WDGM, and SafeCom.
Develop Safety Island software for SoC platforms.
Clarify software requirements and technical specifications with cross-functional teams.
Implement and optimize robust, high-performance software modules.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
Configure and integrate AUTOSAR safety modules using Vector, EB, and ETAS tools.
Troubleshoot software defects and deliver timely fixes.
Collaborate with global colleagues in regular functional safety meetings.
Track automotive technology trends and improve software development workflows.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of embedded software development experience specializing in automotive embedded systems.
Hands-on experience developing ASIL Level 3 safety software for automotive ECUs or controllers.
Advanced proficiency in C programming.
Experience with low-level programming, including device drivers, peripheral drivers, or MCAL, and AUTOSAR configuration is preferred or advantageous.
Experience using Lauterbach Trace32, JTAG debuggers, oscilloscopes, CANoe, or CAN analyzers.
Working knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety and ASPICE compliance is preferred.
Familiarity with embedded development toolchains, including compilers, debuggers, and version control systems.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
Solid spoken and written English for global collaboration.
