Responsibilities
- Own AI strategy and architecture engagements from discovery through executive handoff.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, AI readiness assessments, workshops, and executive presentations across technical and business audiences.
- Design AI operating models, outcome maps, adoption roadmaps, and strategic recommendations aligned with Anthropic’s platform.
- Direct Forward Deployed Engineer work involving Claude Code tooling, prompt architecture, and workflow automation.
- Build executive client relationships and identify or shape follow-on business opportunities.
- Contribute reusable strategy frameworks, delivery artifacts, and methodology improvements to the practice.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to improve delivery and handoff patterns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development or technical architecture experience across varied stacks, including hyperscaler environments.
- 3+ years of engineering leadership, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a combination.
- Experience designing or advising on AI operating models, technology adoption strategies, or digital transformation programs.
- Hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted development tools.
- Certified Claude Architect certification.
- Experience facilitating structured discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops for technical and business audiences.
- Strong executive communication and presentation experience with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leaders.
- Experience delivering professional services engagements, including scope management, deliverable ownership, and client advisory.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software development workflows.
- Preferred qualifications include AI outcome mapping and executive ROI framing, PE portfolio company or board-level communication, solutions architecture or platform engineering, LLM prompt engineering, agentic AI workflow design, AI product development, Claude Code extensibility, DORA or DevEx frameworks, and mixed-audience workshop facilitation.
