Responsibilities
- Own AI engagements end-to-end as the strategic lead from discovery through executive handoff.
- Run stakeholder discovery, AI readiness assessments, executive workshops, enablement sessions, and presentations for technical and business audiences.
- Design AI operating models, outcome maps, maturity assessments, and near- and long-term adoption roadmaps aligned with Anthropic’s platform.
- Set technical direction for FDE work involving Claude Code tooling, prompt architecture, and workflow automation.
- Identify expansion opportunities, shape follow-on engagement scope, and build executive client relationships.
- Contribute reusable strategy frameworks, delivery artifacts, and methodology improvements to the practice.
- Collaborate with FDEs to improve the architect-engineer delivery model and handoff patterns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development or technical architecture experience across varied stacks, including hyperscaler environments.
- 3+ years of engineering leadership, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a combination.
- Experience designing or advising on AI operating models, technology adoption strategies, or digital transformation programs.
- Hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted development tools.
- Certified Claude Architect credential.
- Experience conducting structured stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and facilitated workshops with technical and business audiences.
- Strong executive communication and presentation experience with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and line-of-business leaders.
- Experience delivering professional services engagements, including scope management, deliverable ownership, and client advisory.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software development workflows.
- Preferred qualifications include executive ROI framing, PE portfolio company or board-level communication, solutions architecture or platform engineering, LLM prompt engineering, agentic AI workflow design, AI product development, Claude Code extensibility, DORA or DevEx familiarity, and mixed-audience workshop facilitation.
