Responsibilities
- Participate in software architecture and technical decisions for projects.
- Provide technical guidance to a team of junior developers, including code reviews and best-practice coaching.
- Contribute to backend and/or frontend development according to project needs.
- Implement automated tests, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
- Conduct technology watch and propose continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical consistency.
- Work with the senior Tech Lead, developers, and project managers to support product quality, performance, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Be a student at Bac+3 minimum in web development, computer science, or an equivalent field.
- Plan to enroll in a Tech Lead Master's program at the start of the academic year.
- Have strong command of one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, or Java and their associated frameworks.
- Have a good understanding of web architectures, including REST, APIs, and microservices.
- Show interest in technical leadership and team management.
- Demonstrate analytical ability, rigor, autonomy, and teaching skills.
