Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and map them to technical flows for digital and cross-channel marketing processes.
- Create and maintain Marketing Cloud automations, customer journeys, campaign builds, and cross-channel communications.
- Configure and administer SFMC business units, users, profiles, roles, and account settings.
- Develop responsive layouts, personalized email templates, triggered emails, and media-query-based communications.
- Set up data models using lists, groups, and data extensions, including opt-in and opt-out management.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, web analytics tools, APIs, and external sources.
- Configure email, SMS, mobile push, LINE, and WhatsApp messages for cross-channel journeys.
- Support reporting, Google Analytics integration, email compliance, sender configuration, and deliverability activities.
Requirements
- 4 to 12 years of relevant experience.
- Required Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Developer certifications.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, marketing processes, campaign orchestration, customer journeys, and cross-channel marketing.
- Proficiency with HTML, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.
- Experience with CRM, API, web analytics, data, personalization, and external-system integrations.
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, email regulatory compliance, sender configuration, and deliverability.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud administration, data extensions, publication lists, responsive templates, and triggered emails.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multi-vendor environments.
