Responsibilities
- Architect and develop Chakra end to end, including agent design and conversation management.
- Build systems to ensure interview consistency at scale.
- Design evaluation and benchmarking pipelines for interview quality.
- Develop fine-tuning and RLHF workflows to enhance model judgment.
- Define quality standards for interviews and measure system performance.
- Work across the full stack, including data pipelines and model serving.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping conversational AI systems in production.
