Base Salary
$130k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for frontend architecture, platform capabilities, shared component libraries, and engineering standards across web and mobile experiences.
- Evolve Angular applications, micro frontend architecture, reusable frontend frameworks, and shared UI platforms.
- Design scalable, maintainable, performant customer-facing web and mobile applications.
- Drive client-side observability through monitoring, logging, telemetry, and performance measurement.
- Implement analytics instrumentation, tracking, tag management, experimentation, and customer journey measurement strategies.
- Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams on release processes, deployment automation, and operational readiness.
- Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex production issues affecting customer experiences.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and architectural patterns for modernization initiatives.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews, technical coaching, and architecture discussions.
- Influence technical direction, standards, developer productivity, reliability, scalability, and customer experience across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience focused on frontend development.
- Experience delivering and supporting customer-facing web and mobile applications in production.
- Deep expertise in Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web application architecture.
- Experience implementing micro frontend architectures and shared UI platforms.
- Experience with frontend observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with analytics instrumentation, digital tracking, tag management solutions, and experimentation platforms.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and distributed system interactions.
- Experience supporting production systems and troubleshooting complex customer-facing issues.
- Strong communication, technical influence, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with AWS, cloud-native application architectures, modern frontend build and deployment pipelines, frontend platform modernization, design systems, component libraries, and shared frontend frameworks.
