Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement a robust data analytics platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate requirements.
- Drive adoption of new technologies through proof-of-concepts.
- Mentor and coach team members to build technical expertise and best practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience implementing scalable data platforms.
- Strong understanding of RDBMS, NoSQL, time-series, and document database systems.
- Ability to ingest and analyze large data volumes, including terabytes per day.
- Expertise analyzing data in transit and at rest.
- Exposure to AI/ML techniques for pattern matching and anomaly detection.
- Experience with SaaS-based products and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Flink.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
