Lead Developer, Java, Spark and GCP
TransUnionResponsibilities
- Accelerate migration of batch workloads from on-premises infrastructure to the OneTru GCP cloud portal.
- Develop and operate a scalable, resilient batch processing platform for enterprise-scale data volumes.
- Automate and standardize batch trigger and LFE configuration management using AI.
- Improve operational efficiency, reliability, and time-to-market for business initiatives.
- Support approximately 1,000 batch triggers, more than 100 LFE configurations, and daily large-scale credit and operational data workloads.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in the IT industry.
- At least 8 years of experience with Java and related technologies.
- At least 2 years of experience with Spark, Hadoop, and big data technologies.
- Hands-on cloud experience with GCP or AWS; GCP is preferred over AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Spark, Java, Spark SQL, Vue.js, Python, Hive, and PostgreSQL.
- Basic AI knowledge and the ability to adopt AI-related approaches.
