Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, optimize, and apply software engineering practices to software solutions and applications.
- Analyze and solve complex software engineering problems using scientific methods.

- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders while taking ownership of outcomes and people-related issues.
- Develop long-term client partnerships and manage contractual, financial, technical, and commercial considerations.

- Mastery of all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly complex tasks and problems and make high-level technical decisions.
- Clear evidence of thought leadership in the market.
- Ability to build, educate, and integrate effective teams.
- Strong understanding of contractual, financial, and technical considerations.
- Strong commercial management skills and a high degree of responsibility for people issues.
