Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead multiple teams through the software design and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Ensure software solutions meet scalability, performance, and business objectives.
- Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams and business areas.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Make team decisions and provide technical advisory support.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
- Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing complex projects.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Familiarity with integrating custom software into enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
