Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build platforms, processes, automation capabilities, and digital pipelines that accelerate software delivery while maintaining quality, security, and operational performance.
- Deploy and manage application lifecycles, production cloud systems, infrastructure resources, and software delivery processes.
- Improve system architecture, resilience, service quality, operational reliability, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Evaluate and integrate open-source technologies and cloud services and develop processes to improve existing technology.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product management, engineering, quality, developers, testers, and systems engineers on complex solutions and product enhancements.
- Help teams adopt GitHub Copilot, agentic coding, Cursor, and Claude Code.
- Create practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and mentor and train other DevOps engineers.
- Review solutions, dependencies, actions, and timelines in internal meetings and support continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
- At least 5 years of overall professional software development experience and 3 years of scripting-language development experience using BASH.
- Advanced Linux administration and programming skills, familiarity with MV frameworks, and understanding of the full web stack and web server optimization techniques.
- Experience with API integration, microservices, containers, production cloud infrastructure, virtualization technologies, and networking at all layers.
- Experience with CI/CD, continuous integration and deployment concepts, test-driven development, and Jenkins.
- Experience with public cloud resources and services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues in test and production environments and applying strong engineering practices.
- PowerShell or .NET pipeline experience is valued but not required.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, collaborate across teams, manage customer-facing relationships, and mentor other engineers.
