Responsibilities

Build and ship features for the Android Creative App integrating ElevenLabs’ AI-driven audio models.
Shape the app’s architecture and technical direction in collaboration with design, product, and research.
Design and run A/B tests and use experimental data to guide product decisions.
Own performance, quality, and responsiveness for the production mobile app.
Determine where focused bets or incremental improvements can move the product forward.

Strong native Android development experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Track record of shipping features that improved engagement.
Experience designing and running A/B tests and using data to decide what to build next.
Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
Experience owning performance, quality, and responsiveness in a production app.
Bonus: experience with audio playback or streaming on Android.
Bonus: experience building mobile infrastructure for build, test, and release pipelines.
