Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and improve ML and deep learning algorithms on large-scale data to automate testing and triage workflows.
- Build and operate agentic LLM systems using tools such as Claude or Gemini, from prototype through production.
- Design and improve scalable integration, functional, and regression automation tests for mobile applications.
- Run multiple production pipelines, monitor them, respond to issues, and fix root causes.
- Build monitoring tools and use production feedback to improve algorithms.
- Collaborate with data science, machine learning, autonomous drive planning, and quality assurance stakeholders.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in a STEM field.
- At least four years of experience in triage, performance analytics, infrastructure as code, machine learning, natural language processing, or deep learning, including work for Fortune 500 organizations.
- Strong productionization and CI/CD experience on medium- to large-scale projects using Python, dashboards, evaluation, algorithms, and data manipulation.
- Experience with RAG, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace.
- Professional experience building or managing agentic LLM systems such as Claude or Gemini using large datasets and serving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience running production pipelines on platforms such as Databricks and AWS, including resolving production issues.
- Experience with self-correcting models, installing and maintaining LLMs, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Dash, or Databricks Dashboards is a bonus.
- Experience with performance monitoring at scale, support environments, autonomous driving, or robotics is a bonus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
