Responsibilities
- Design and develop Siebel solutions and integrations using appropriate best practices.
- Own solution delivery from requirements clarification and coding through testing, deployment, and production release.
- Develop and automate software validation through test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Modify and troubleshoot software to fix errors, improve performance, adapt to hardware, or upgrade interfaces.
- Support SIT/UAT, coordinate project activities, and provide project status and progress reporting.
- Maintain coding standards, documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and deployment records.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, engineering staff, onshore/offshore teams, and customers.
- Respond to customer requests, track faults, gather feedback, and support customer experience goals.
- Participate in continuing education and training, including completing assigned skill-upgradation certifications.
Requirements
- Mandatory Siebel Integration skills.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and develop Siebel solutions.
- Ability to perform coding, software validation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and deployment support.
- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and support SIT/UAT and customer-facing delivery activities.
- Ability to follow coding, documentation, quality, reporting, and release processes.
