Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable full-stack features and services across backend and frontend systems.
- Lead technical design discussions and make architectural decisions for medium-to-large features.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to scope, plan, and deliver work.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain performant, reliable, and maintainable code.
- Mentor associate and mid-level engineers and support their technical growth.
- Resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and security concerns.
- Own features end-to-end from design and development through deployment and operational support.
- Identify and help prioritize technical debt.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on software engineering experience across backend and frontend technologies.
- Strong algorithmic, problem-solving, system design, and architectural-pattern knowledge.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and DevOps workflows.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, RESTful APIs, and data at scale.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, React, modern frontend frameworks, and frontend performance considerations.
- Experience with Redux, Zustand, React Query, ES2015+, TypeScript, Webpack, Jest, Tailwind, and TDD practices.
- Experience building responsive, accessible, and visually polished user interfaces.
