Base Salary
$150k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance process for SDS.
- Collaborate with process owners to develop process documentation and templates.
- Drive process training and awareness across teams.
- Perform independent audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct internal assessments against ASPICE capability levels.
- Track and resolve process non-conformances using structured methodologies.
- Ensure traceability of QA results and communicate findings.
- Interface with Change Request Management for quality-related changes.
- Participate in design reviews and provide quality feedback.
- Define and maintain quality KPI dashboards.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive software quality assurance.
- Solid understanding of Automotive SPICE and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
- Experience developing process documentation and templates.
- Experience conducting audits for process compliance.
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies like 8D and 5-Why.
- Ability to read and review C, C++, and Python code.
- Experience with process documentation and framework development.
- Skills in preparing and presenting software product quality status.
