Base Salary
$141k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver full-stack features across frontend and backend systems from concept through production deployment.
- Build scalable and responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks and distributed backend services.
- Contribute to architecture decisions involving frontend infrastructure, build systems, application design patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Own unit, functional, and integration testing to support robust and resilient software delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and backend engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver high-impact features.
- Optimize workflows, accessibility, responsiveness, usability, and application performance across platforms.
- Develop and integrate APIs and services for communication across distributed systems.
- Monitor application performance, define metrics, resolve production issues, and improve code quality, maintainability, and developer experience.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or UI-focused software engineering.
- Strong frontend experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of RESTful API design, distributed system communication, performance optimization, browser rendering, and debugging.
- Experience with modern build systems, CI/CD pipelines, frontend tooling, Git, testing frameworks, and collaborative development workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Bonus qualifications include microservices or service-oriented architecture experience, WCAG 2.0+ accessibility knowledge, frontend performance monitoring, large-scale SaaS or cybersecurity product experience, and familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
