Responsibilities

Ensure the availability, reliability, scalability, and resilience of critical technology platforms and services.
Design and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, metrics, and observability solutions.
Drive reliability improvements, risk mitigation, root-cause analyses, post-incident reviews, and permanent corrective actions.
Maintain operational runbooks, playbooks, and recovery procedures and participate in incident response and on-call rotations for 24x7 production environments.
Develop infrastructure, deployment, operational, and automated recovery solutions using Infrastructure as Code principles.
Conduct capacity planning, performance analysis, workload forecasting, and bottleneck resolution across applications, infrastructure, databases, and integrations.
Partner with development and cross-functional teams to improve deployment reliability, release automation, and operational supportability.

At least 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Production Support.
Strong scripting experience in Python, Java, or PowerShell.
Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking, and distributed systems.
Experience with CI/CD tooling, automated deployment pipelines, containerisation, and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, ITRS Geneos, OpenTelemetry, or AWS CloudWatch.
Knowledge of database technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL platforms.
Familiarity with APIs, real-time messaging, and streaming architectures such as Kafka.
Experience planning and executing non-functional testing.
Capital markets experience and understanding of product and transaction lifecycles are desirable.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder collaboration, ownership, problem-solving, and continuous-learning abilities.
