Base Salary

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations and applications across HCM, Finance, Student, PRISM, and Extend.
Create custom integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, Extend, and other Workday tools.
Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, develop prototypes, and review functionality with stakeholders and business analysts.
Perform unit, system, end-to-end, release, and validation testing before deployment.
Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Workday integrations and applications.
Create technical documentation covering integration design, testing scripts, and troubleshooting procedures.
Ensure integrations meet data security and compliance standards.
Contribute to Workday technical roadmap discussions and provide technical design and development guidance to the Workday team.
Work with internal partners and vendors on integration solutions and organizational objectives.
Provide estimates and initial assessments for development tasks and projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years of experience as a Workday Developer.
Proven experience building Workday reports, Studio Integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
Required experience with Workday Reporting Writing.
Thorough understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and requirements gathering.
Experience with product lifecycle management and cross-functional project teams.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn and apply new technologies and implement creative solutions to optimize Workday functionality.
Experience with Workday Extend is preferred.
Experience with Boomi middleware is a plus.
Understanding of higher education core business processes is preferred.
