Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex test automation frameworks, tools, libraries, and automated tests.
- Implement and enhance CI/CD integrations to support automated testing during build and deployment processes.
- Design and execute performance tests and analyze results to provide release feedback.
- Define and enforce coding standards, automation best practices, and framework guidelines.
- Review team members’ automation code and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and address testing needs.
- Create, monitor, review, and analyze test execution results and provide recommendations.
- Train and mentor junior test engineers and software engineers in test automation framework usage and troubleshooting.
- Document framework architecture, components, usage instructions, presentations, and bug reports.
- Debug and resolve issues in automation scripts, frameworks, tools, and test execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of industry experience independently implementing medium-sized automation frameworks or tools.
- Preferred: 3 or more years of development experience with Java and/or Python.
- Preferred: 3 or more years of experience creating automation frameworks and developing testing tools.
- Experience designing modular, configurable, reusable, stable, secure, compliant, and maintainable testing frameworks.
- Experience with programming languages used in automation, including Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with containerization technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD practices and tools, and agile software development release processes.
- Familiarity with performance testing concepts and tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and Appium.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of API testing methodologies and tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Curl, and Insomnia.
- Ability to lead, train, mentor, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot automation issues, analyze requirements, and communicate technical information clearly.
