Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD applications using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Analyze business requirements and user stories to deliver effective out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot incidents and platform bugs and create documentation for front-line agents.
- Build and maintain the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework for platform stability during upgrades and deployments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot REST and SOAP integrations with third-party vendors and tools.
- Participate in Scrum and Agile ceremonies and communicate project status, blockers, and technical findings.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator or junior developer.
- Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data structures, and core ITSM modules.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automated Test Framework.
- Strong collaboration, communication, ownership, and service-oriented problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is highly preferred.
- Progress toward the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.
